EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 

John is excellent. I was in a bit of a panic to get my survey when my Mortgage finally came through with about a week before exchange and John responded and was not only able to fit me in,but called me after seeing the property giving me a report of any concerns ahead of waiting for the full written report. He also delivered the report in the evening of the same day he saw the flat. This gave me confidence to go ahead with no worries. The report is very detailed yet easy to understand and full of photos. Hugely impressed
